Why this boy I like don’t talk to me?

A boy I like at work is near me on purpose daily , 2x-5x a day, clingy. We cross paths eveywhere, I catch him staring at me , once he was checking me out by tree, he Walks by isle where I’m working to see me work, clock out and in for lunch next to me few times,

the first time we talked , it was wen job ended , as I’m shy and short , I touched his arm n said hey so he can look at me. He stopped leaned back on a sofa machine, n I asked him soemthing n we stared into eachothers eyes long time romantically. He has a mesnorizing stare deep into ur eyes without moving them away. All focus on you.
but he didn’t answer , he signaled with his hand he can’t Hear me. I say it again and he does the same n smiles big.

I end up leaving fast out the door embarased

then a week later , yesterday, he’s outside at lunch spying the door& sees me behind afar ,& races inside, & once I’m inside he on purpose passes by right next to me his body almost touching me, so I touch his arm again & say hey ! 🙂

and he turns and mouths” what “ and we both gvie same content joyful look to eachOther and with our eyes. Then he leaves.
I regret not signal with my hands n mouth I can’t hear u or come here in flirty playful way to continue the convo.

but I notice all day he’s silent no guy friends, doesn’t talk.
