My boyfriend cheated on me being drunk at the party and he’s not contacting me anymore. What the hell that means?

So here is the story. Me (F35) and him (M45). My boyfriend went to a party with his friends, we exchanged last messages at 11pm, after which he disappeared until 10am. First he just never picked up the phone and then his phone ran out of battery. When I called him at 10am, he said he got hell drunk and slept at his friend’s place. He said his friend was trying with a girl but him, of course, not. (Ha-ha). He said also, that he seen all my calls but decided to not get into an arguments. (For me is already a huge red flag, that the guy has seen all the calls and just not picking up, disappearing until mid morning). 10 mins later I went to Instagram account of that club, watched the stories and my heart just dropped - I’ve seen my boyfriend dancing and kissing with some random girl. I collapsed. I took a screenshots and sent them to him. I called, I cried and I asked - why did you do this to us? To me? Why? What would you feel if you were on my place? He was speechless and said with a low voice “I’m sorry, I fucked up”. He didn’t try to stop me, he was totally calm. I just wished him all good and hanged off. In a few hours he sent me some pic of food he was cooking for lunch. I didn’t reply. Next day he sent me some sentimental pic of the bottle of wine we bought together on a trip a year ago. Today he sent me a short email: “I will always love you. forever and everywhere”. I never responded to any of this. He never tried to get me back, never sent any apologizes, he never called me and never asked for any conversation. He just let me go like this, in silence. He destroyed all my trust and all our story. I can’t even believe that the loving person I knew, treated me this way. I can’t believe that he just has chosen to destroy all the story this way. I went no contact, today is 3rd day. But what is really weird to me is he never asked sorry and not trying to contact me. How should I react? Maybe I had to reply something on his breadcrumbs with pics?
