When one equivocates upon the meaning of a term it is easy to come up with questions like this. How? It has not been shown that "Men" and "some men" are the same, thus you have not demonstrated that the "Men" are lying because "some men" have a different opinion than the "Men."

If you are healthy then not being married is not due to guys wanting fat people. There are reasons that men get married including:

1. Arranged marriages
2. Knocked up their wife prior to getting married
3. Settled.. got too old and wanted to start a family.

That’s still not making much sense to me because guys don’t always marry a woman if he gets her pregnant most of the time the guy is a deadbeat father.

Often that happens in our late teens and 20s when we all of a sudden have freedom and can do our own things after raised by adults telling us what to do daily. So it’s a time for self discovery and finding passions and a way in life. People will date and may even say they want to get married but that’s a distant goal and they would rather enjoy the moment
