so my work crush and i have been talking for a while now and we went to see a movie last night and it went well. today he came into work and he’s very reserved but he didn’t say hi to anyone else which is kinda normal but the second he saw me he smiled and said “hey *my name* how u doing” and then i found out he’s been talking about me when im not there. does this mean he really likes me?

Why not just ask him if he’d like to see another movie together, meet for drinks, etc. things will progress if you’re both interested.
