If a guy says hi to me almost everyday?

So this guy says hey to me almost everyday or smiles and waves but when I text him or message him on Facebook he won't answer. He also seems to notice me a lot like at lunch, when he's at his locker in the morning, or at assemblies. So what do you think does he possibly like me?

You didn't give much information, but I'd say he likes you. He says hi everyday because he is trying to get you to think he is nice, which he probably is. Personally, I can't stand social media platforms for having conversations, so maybe he is the same and just doesn't like talking via Facebook, text. There is a high possibility that he likes you.

If you like him, why don't you ask him for coffee sometime, you have nothing to lose but everything to gain, right?
