How come I never get a response from women?

I literally never get a reply from a Women if I try to Message/Dm on any socials. (Other than few Women friends I have already) Most guys I know at least get left on seen but not me.. it'll say delivered for Months, sometimes even years. I'm not the creepy guy either who talks to himself saying "hey" every other week to Women, but I may send a nice compliment to them depending on the context or just like their IG story post but it never gets acknowledged.. I can literally be trying to get in touch with you because I found your lost dog that's been missing for weeks or a Million dollar check just waiting to give you just cos and you wouldn't even know smh.. why do women do this? Do I have to be the extremely hot guy or some big social status?

Well the million dollar thing sounds like a scam so I would just block that immediately. I don't know why anyone wouldn't respond to finding a lost dog so it sounds like there's something wrong with your phone and the texts aren't going through. And if you find a lost dog shouldn't you call?
