Long eye contact with a guy?

There’s a guy who works as a waffle seller at my train station. Over the past month, we’ve shared several intense, long eye contacts. Once, he smiled at me, but I was too shy to smile back.

Recently, I smiled at him for the first time during another long stare. Instead of smiling back, he looked away and focused on serving a customer. Later, he held eye contact with me again, and I playfully raised an eyebrow. He mirrored it but then looked away, seeming confused or annoyed.

I’m unsure what to think—does he like me, or is he just curious?

If you want something to happen with this guy, say "Hi" next time you look at him. Don't worry too much about what he's thinking bc there's no way for you to know that unless he's speaking with you.

Also consider this for a sec: The waffle vendor is generally trying to sell you something, so if he looks at you and asks if you love his waffles... he's most likely just trying to sell you waffles. If he smiles and says hello... it's because he wants you to stop and buy waffles.

Make sure you can tell that he's into you before doing anything silly.

No I'm sure he's not trying to sell something to me. I don't know im very shy so i js tried smiling at him n he js looked away cuz he got busy. So I don't know what to do i dont wanna embarass myself yk

Maybe he likes you, but he is afraid of your rejection and therefore makes a cold face. I think an uninterested guy would never make long eye contact. Probably he is simply demoralized (seller of waffles is not a very prestigious job). Try to talk to him, exchange contacts. Then you will know better

Little girl it has been proven by professionals the human brain is fully developed by the age of 25 . Just because the law says your legally an adult still your a teenager a kid. See for yourself no one will rent you an apartment unless is approved by your parents.

Well since you stated according to you the dude has been staring at you for over a month. If he truly liked you he would had ask you for your number. And be careful don't get to overly obsessed with him.
