And does not even put effort or treat me right, since i had known him for long time he knows exactly how to manipulate me, and i was attached to him, i believe everything he says everytime, even though i know he is not right for me, so i couldnt stay away from him even if i wanted to cause i have no self control with him, i act and feel like a kid w him, sooooo

to make him stay away forever and never come back into my life,

i went and acted crazy sent a lot a lot a lot a lot of texts and called a lot of timesl like 100 times, just so he will feel ugh and not come back anymore ever

but now i feel a bit embarrassed for the way i acted, even though it was an act

Putting blame on someone else is very easy. You have easily said that he was manipulating you and you had been with him for 6 years in situationship. No matter how big fool or how much innocent you are, even a child would not be manipulated for this long.

And you are telling that he comes back to you and you don't want him to come back but your actions says otherwise. Why to call or text him when you don't want him in your life?

Stop blaming others, and get your priorities set and make yourself clear what are your boundaries or priorities. And act according to that. There is no use of playing games like this.

No matter how strong is the attachment. 6 years are too long. And if some person is doing something again and again means it's their habit. He isn't going to change.

And about attachment. We sometimes requires to amputate our limbs even if that start spreading infection to our body. Then he is another person. There is no excuse for such things.
