I was secretively checking out a cop. A glance and then looked away. Then another secretive glance. He never noticed. Then later when I turned around to take a peak again, his work partner (a guy) was STARING at me. Kind of a neutral / happy expression. But not smiling. I don't know what that was supposed to mean. We were just kinda staring at each other awkwardly for a long time. I didn't know what it mean and didn't know how to react so I looked away. Never looked back again.

Similarly in another situation at the gym, I deliberately bumped into this cute guy on my way out of the gym. Then later, he kept staring at me as he walked out of the gym. We were just staring at each other awkwardly for a while before I just felt really uncomfortable so I looked away.

I just don't know what this means. They dont smile. Nothing.
