Guys, If you don’t want to have kids with your girlfriend, would you support her doing IVF with a donor?

My boyfriend just told me that he doesn’t want to have kids, after leading me to believe that he did. I am getting older and want to be a mom before I can’t. I looked into doing IVF with an anonymous donor at the sperm bank via my OBGYN. I told my boyfriend about everything and he said he will break up with me if I do that. He doesn’t want me to have his kid or some other man’s. I am just curious to know what you would do in that situation. Thank you in advance for your vote in my poll and any subsequent comments. Hang on , it says you are 36 plus - 45 , so you are right on the cusp , I hate to report but your boyfriend ( with due respect ) is a fcken selfish TWAT.. So he is saying " He won't give you a child , and if you use someones elses sperm to have a child , that he will leave " Seriously , what an a hole.

I donated a stack of sperm to the bank in the day , and you know what , if I had my time over I would have trebled what I donated , to help both couples and single women.

You give him an ultimatum and tell him you are having a kid one way or another and if he doesn't like it he can pss off , and have a good life , what arrogance and selfishness.

Ohh Gee , I'm blushing , seriously it was a long time ago , and had I known they were going to change the rules of disclosure I would have donated much more , and tried to father many more kids.. PLUS ( and a big plus back then ) we got $20 aud for a donation ! Which was a lot..

They told me later that my sperm was really good on the success rate , and asked me to come ( literally ) more often , but with work and all that it was a bit of a journey. But yeah 100% you should do it.

I would not want my girlfriend to have another man's baby if I had been capable of knocking her up perfectly fine myself. If I don't want kids, and she wants them, she can have them by herself or with another man.
