Okay so This guy that I have feelings for and he has feelings for me kissed me and so I asked him if I can kiss him again and he said "yeah whenever you want just come to me and do it" And so when I asked him for one next time he said "Now what I did back then was just in the spur of the moment" (me being confused) And then he kissed me but then I asked a question about something and he said that he didn't want to be all lovy like that. So I asked him why would you kiss me if you don't want anything meaningful with me? And he said a lot of people kiss just to kiss. And he already knows that I want a relationship and want to get to married. I told him that I don't kiss just to kiss that's childish. And I told him if this isn't going to go anywhere then I don't want to kiss you or do anything intimate with you.

He sounds like too much work. He is inconsistent and confused. It might be disappointing, but you've dodged a bullet. By recognizing his inconsistent behavior and lack of respect for your boundaries, you've saved yourself from any heartache.

Sounds like the two of you want different things. This is not the answer you want to hear but, move on. Go find someone whose short and long term goals align with your own. You are not gonna force this guy to conform to your wants and timeline. If you try he will resent you even if he complies momentarily because the intimacy feels good to him.
