Why are guys harrassing now?

I have this manager who is as young as 19 harrassing me and getting angry because I am not flirting with him. He started getting physically aggressive when they would put near him and I had a uncomfortable feeling around before that was off like he wasn't someone I could trust. Now he is turning his friends who are coworkers against me and majority of them are stalking my social media or trying to ask what social media i have so they can make fun of me at work. Not to mention the manager and his brother made several nasty gestures around me. Also I am dealing with harrassment with some neighbors I live around there's two guys shouting inappropriate comments and making jokes about watching me shower. I don't understand I don't dress nasty or wear nearly anything now that I am trying to look pretty. Also never seem to attract love all I get is lusted over I feel my skin color does that. Men don't view bl ack women as women they either see us as an object or a nobody.

Sounds like you need to search for a job at a different place if they have someone as young as 19 as a manager. They are clearly not qualified to manage anything basically fresh out of high school. It shows from your post and what you write as context to the situation. This would be an automatic look for new job scenario for me personally. It isn't going to get better and he leverages his position of authority to get away with it. It also seems that the powers that be above him are either incompetent or turn a blind eye... or both. Anyone that would put a 19 year old in a management position clearly doesn't know what they are doing themselves and unlikely going to catch or care about his behavior. I would say go to his supervisor with a complaint but that likely isn't going to do a thing given the situation with his bosses seemingly not caring.

Go to one of the women's support associations and get legal support from them.

File a complaint with HR. This is not ok.
