I’ll tell you this much, he WILL find the woman who changes that, he will feel the change when he sees her and he would neverrrr say this to her (at least not on purpose). Mainly because he wouldn’t risk running her off or making her insecure, he’s going to care a lot about her peace of mind.
Now for a woman who’s dealt with him prior and got all those excuses about him “giving up on love” or “not looking for anything serious”, that woman is going to experience a vast array of negative emotions because he didn’t do those things for her. She’s going to wonder why for however long she was dealing with him he could never get serious or commit, yet for some (seemingly) brand new woman he’s giving her everything he wouldn’t give the other chick.
It’s because when a man find the right woman, he gets ready even if he wasn’t before. He won’t need any manipulation, any efforts to have his mind changed or opinion swayed, it’ll just be there. Pay attention to times like this where it’s not. Where he’s “such a loverboy” but doesn’t want a girlfriend. No, it is just you and any other lady who are not the one.
It just means he is just another man to not waste your time on.
