i also would suffer with axintey and depression

A lot of people are careful who they open up to. I think that some things people should wait until there is a level of trust before they spill everything as well. Some people are just judgmental and will use things against you.

The same goes for women as well don’t share everything too early on. Give it time and when the time is right you’ll know if he/she is the right person to open up to.

But good people take responsibility and accountability

I understand it’s hard if you been in toxic relationships where everything’s YOUR fault when when it’s out of your control. They always deflect. They blame. They offer excuses and justifications if they can’t just lie about it.

But not everyone is that way

If you mess up own it. Communicate when there is a problem or insecurity. Seems like a loving and healthy two sided relationship
