Any advice for feeling like my crush and his friends are talking about me?

I have a crush on a guy. I started noticing that some of the guys he works with in his department started smiling at me, complimenting me and even started talking with deep voices. I feel like I'm the source of a major inside joke they all have. I have never interacted with them altogether. I'm debating on asking one of the guys what's going on. Any advice? 😔
