How to deal with pregnancy loneliness?

I'm currently 7 months pregnant and I feel more so alone all the time. I feel invalidated by everybody. My doctor says everything is normal no matter how extreme or frustrating my symptoms are. My boss has expectations that I just can't continue to meet. My family thinks it's so beautiful that I'm pregnant and yet they are not as supportive as I would like and still heavily depend on me like they always have even though I feel like this new chapter requires me to put most of my effort/energy into preparing to meet my child. And most of all, my relationship with my boyfriend just doesn't seem the same anymore. He acts like he is happy but I feel more disconnected from him every day. Yesterday was our baby shower and he spent an hour prepping food while I sat by myself telling him we had more than enough food to serve to guests and if anything wasn't done in time to just forget about it. I sat by myself and my grandmother had to introduce both sides of the family because I was so nervous and uncomfortable with feeling just so alone. My boyfriend left that night to do an odd job, then today his cousins planned a party and he left all day to help barbeque, and many other occasions he just isn't present and when he is in the room he acts like all he wants to do is play the game or smoke or be on his phone. We can barely have a conversation anymore it's like all the time we spend together he is preoccupied. I thought we were in love but today I finally confronted him about being gone so much and he just said "I can show you what it's like for me to be gone all the time." That's when I finally realized he doesn't care that I feel alone. So I don't know what to do. I feel happy to be blessed with my first child but also sad all the time in a way I just can't explain and nobody is helping. Having the baby shower and being surrounded by family made me realize how lonely I had been and that my boyfriend, as sweet as he is, isn't doing enough to help me through this
