I work as a secretary at a hospital, and I recently became aware that a patient (whom I didn’t interact with) had asked other staff members about my relationship status. While under sedation, he was encouraged to go to his “happy place” by staff, and he responded with “sex is my happy place,” not sure if there is more to the story or if he was telling the other women.
This patient has since been banned from the hospital, but I’m unsure if he was specifically targeting me or if this was part of a pattern with other staff members. I wanted to get advice on whether this is just inappropriate behavior from someone trying to flirt or if it’s something more serious that should be reported beyond the hospital’s ban. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Him saying "sex is his happy place" while under sedation does not seem like reason to ban him. I suggest you try to get more details if you are wanting to have a relationship with him.
No way! I don’t want a relationship but my work hasn’t been specific about the details. I thought that was a lot for him to be banned however he was asking other staff members about me? I’m not sure I should be worried. What would take for him to get banned like did he sexualise me to a degree I am in danger? Thanks for your reply I appreciate it
By the way I don’t know him at all. I had a meeting and people kept saying sorry to be that this has happened? I’m super confused but wanted to know what do you think happened?
I suggest you talk to your boss and tell them you are worried about hi. For your own safety want to know everything he did and said to get banned.
If he goes to his happy place, you may need a commercial cleaning company to clean up after
Oh its nice
