Did he always kiss you before and now all of a sudden he isn’t? It sounds like you married a guy that doesn’t match your wants and needs and sadly that can damage your relationship with him , if the both of you don’t sit down and talk about it together and compromise. Feeling deprived in a marriage or relationship is not a good thing , so it’s best to fix what is broken before you make any rational decisions. Talk to him and ask him why he no longer likes to kiss you like before , if things were different before. Ask him what the both of you can do to bring you both closer together , it’s ok for you to express your wants and needs to him , if he loves you he will work with you , if he doesn’t care about you, he will just ignore you and not change , if that’s the case then you should really reconsider staying in your marriage with him.
