If a guy makes a point of passing you by back and forth when you are talking to someone, does it mean he potentially likes you? I mean he keeps doing it, in an obvious way, but doesn’t say anything.

It can potentially mean that assuming you like him based off other comments just ask him why he’s hovering and if he likes you. Then express interest and see if he wants a date.

Some people just aren’t direct. As well as get nervous.
