So I’ll post a pic of my date on instagram and every time my guy friend will find stuff to talk negative about his appearance or his car? Why would my guy friend find way to make fun of my boyfriend?

Because he doesn't want to be your friend, he wants to be your boyfriend. He is apparently in the friend zone. Let him go, tell him up front you know what he wants and it isn't going to happen. Any thing else is just manipulation of a less emotionally intelligent person. It's cruel.
