Why would someone who is not my friend on Snapchat view my public story and then block me?

It seems to imply that he was offended by something in your public story. Otherwise, It wouldn't make sense to do this. I guess it depends on what kind of contact you two have had recently, but this seems to be pretty clearly about whatever the guy just saw.

I have a story that I posted and it’s just a picture of me and this girl just blocked me. I was just viewing who viewed my public story. I don’t even know the girl and I was just curious why people do this I guess there’s no right or wrong answer but that’s pretty weird

That is indeed really weird. If you don't really know her, then she shouldn't have any reason to be upset by you posting a picture of yourself. I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's so weird, it'll be hard to find a satisfactory answer to this (because she's not making sense. People don't act that way usually)
