If it's someone who initiated some romantic gesture (s) and then claimed not to feel anything, then no; it would be weird to be friends with someone who either doesn't know his own mind OR is just being manipulative.

If it's someone who only did something marginally flirtatious then stepped into friendzone then most likely I'd be ok with that.
