Why are guys nice at times then other days they’re verbally rude with a smile?

Depends on what you mean by verbally rude?

Some times interactions between guys will involve taking the piss out of each other but it's not meant in any malicious way I suppose from the outside I this could be considered rude.

Maybe your experiencing something like this as they are comfortable enough when your around to treat as one of the guys?

So I just came out of a 6 year relationship. By the way on 4/20 I’ll be 39. Moved onto this property that has cabins to rent…and this 24 year old guy works in the office (lives on property too). He’s in a long distance relationship. One minute he’s super nice, and the next minute he’s verbally rude with a smile. Like what is that? Why?

Hard to say without seeing your interactions, but if he's smiling then I don't think his intent is to offend. Maybe he's just bad at flirting but trying?

Lots of men tend to shy away from dating older woman. I am an older gentleman who prefers a younger woman. The main reason for men is that an older woman cannot bare his children.

Then believe what you will and miss out on a chance at true love. The problem with women is that they think they know everything about a man and his feelings. He likes you, but you are too blind to see that so do as you wish and end up alone.

Also why be hot and cold. Men are very verbal when they like a woman that they don’t just lead them on like girls do men with the guessing game. Men are very out with it if they like a woman it’s not my job to say “hey, I’m interested!”

Yes, it is your job to let him know you are interested. This is why many women die old and alone. It should not always be put on the man to ask a woman out. I never do myself, for fear of rejection. However, if the woman asked us out, we would say yes because she is clearing indicating it is a go with no chance of rejection.
