Why are some guys not kind?

In general to people they work with, strangers and partner. Why are they so mean and aggressive? What's the reasoning behind it and can they ever change

It's different for different people. It might be their upbringing. They could have come from a household with aggressive parents and they learned that behavior from them. In that situation, it can be hard to change, as that behavior is ingrained.

Alternatively, they be experiencing depression. Depression in men can manifest in peculiar ways, including aggression or acting out. Depression is chronic, so it is likewise difficult to change. At least for long periods of time.

Or it can just be caused by stress. They're being overly taxed, mentally and/or physically, and it has made them hostile. This can be for any number of reasons. This is the easiest to change because if the problem can be identified and that stressor removed, things are fine.

Being kind is often unnecessary and doesn't do anything but get you walked on. If you show up on time, do your job, and clean up after yourself, aside from your family and close friends it can back-fire. Rather you'll find that treating people like air/garbage will make them try harder to stay out of your way or please you.

I USED TO BE A MAJOR ASSHOLE TO EVERYONE I CAME INTO CONTACT WITH. I THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY.
