Well as old guy I will tell you a lot of young guys are broke childish idiots and being older is fine until you get real old. Old men are generally stable financially and have a lot of fun story's with a decade or more of experience and story's. So attraction is easy the problems are as time goes on. Different life stages and you want children his are grown etc.

For the same reason we all are. There's nothing wrong with you, nothing unusual about having a crush on someone older and unattainable. How old is he? You will graduate soon. If he's single, you could ask him out.

He is around his 20’s and he is single actually, he’s said it only once but can’t be sure since I don’t rlly interact with him sadly. I just admire him from afar.
