There's this guy at my work that visits with me all the time at lunch, and shares really vulnerable things like where certain artistic pieces made him emotional, and he hasn't dated much. I really don't mind those things, I don't think it's a big deal. I feel so happy and comfortable when we have a chance to talk and I look forward to him coming around. He lights up my day. What does it mean if a guy shows up everyday to chat with me and shares really personal things? Is that good or bad?

A person will only show their vulnerable side to the one they trust so it is a good thing that he trusts you. Cannot say for sure if this is him liking you or not as this is just one of the signs.

It's not extremely vulnerable things, but personal things. I'd sense if it was me being trauma dumped. He shares interesting things about his life and family, and hobbies. We have similar interests. But I will stay aware if it's just free therapy, I have a low threshold for that.
