Why would a guy say a girl doesn’t respect him?

Examples are her not answering his texts when he doesn’t answer hers. Or when she’s talking to her coworkers but he can flirt with whoever he wanted. Or she doesn’t respect him when she doesn’t give him attention

I’m not a rocket scientist but he probably feels disrespected. I’m sure there’s more to why he feels that way. Sounds as though you’re just saying things to justify why you think he shouldn’t feel that way.
