How do guys feel about girls approaching them?

I don't mean this in a romantic way just in general like friendships and conversations.

I find talking to men way easier than women because men just talk about funny stuff and there's no judgement... I think anyway.

Today the whole system crashed at work but my work wouldn't send us home so we had nothing to do. At my work there isn't many English people or English speakers (by the way I work in the UK 🤔 ) so I was just wondering around board out of mine for hours. I eventually stumbled across to English guys who probably slightly younger than me but I just approached them and started conversation with them as we were all board. We spoke for ages about random shit but I thought they probably think I'm strange for just putting into there conversation and hanging around with them.

Sometimes I worry if I'm coming off as i fancy these guys but I'm actually married and I just find talking to men way easier. There's some guys at work who talk to everyone else but me and I think do they think "errr I couldn't possibly talk to her then she'll think I like her" which definitely isn't ture but some men think rather highly of themselves when I'm just being nice and friendly to everyone
