Because they are usually trying to be a creep and ask sexual questions to other females on here. I fell for that a while ago and it's why I don't follow a lot of "girl" accounts especially if they are a level one and always asking sexual questions on their profile.

Who cares profiles are literally masks. One person could have many profiles on many platforms for many reasons. It is no more sinister than an actor playing many different rolls in many different movies.
