When a guy compliments a girl's hair, could that mean he finds her attractive? he doesn't give too many compliments so when he told me it shocked me and really made me wonder if he's interested. i do like him but I'm unsure how to tell him

honestly, he's hard to read. i find him looking at me at times or smiling while I'm talking. he sent me a song to listen to and it was a love song but that's about it so far. we just met so its fairly new

My guy friends also send me songs and most of these songs are love songs so it's kinda hard to tell based on these things but if he's a shy guy and looks when you're looking somewhere else and try to look away when you catch him looking at you. He has a crush but I think it's better to just flirt a little and see whether he flirts back just to confirm

I also, don't really compliment women that much either (in person)

even when I am actually attracted to them, I just don't... however, one of the things I do compliment some women on, is their hair... and usually exceptionally good looking hair, and no... I don't really mean anything by it, other than being really nice hair

now, if I were to compliment a girl that I do feel attracted to... I would also throw a few more hints, and not just a compliment, lol
