It's complicated because we technically live together on the same property.. and he pursued me back in March.. he wanted to see if we had something more than friendship and it's obviously we do.. so it's just very confusing 😕 he treats me better than any other man has ever treated me..

Don't walk... run. He is telling you that he is not emotionally available. Listen to him and believe him. At best, you will be a transition relationship, which rarely morphs into a lasting one.
