Do charming / outgoing guys experience deep attraction? Are their nerves a sign they genuinely like a girl?

Would a charming, outgoing and generally confident (note not cocky) guy who counts several attractive socialite-model types as close friends get nervous around a girl?

I mean to the point where he can’t make eye contact and looks down when he sees her, does awkward hand movement, but still tries to be near her and looks at her when he can? Won’t a guy who is surrounded by beauty be desensitised to beauty? Or is this a case of deep attraction with possibly genuine feelings?

I meant to ask if charming / outgoing guys get nervous around girls? If they are nervous around her (but usually confident around others), does it mean they are deeply attracted to her?
