I told my crush I liked him and now he talks to everyone but me. what is this?

There is the guy I met, he is my bosses son, he came to work for a few months. He's been staring at me for months, and looking away when I caught him, he only stares, and that's it. He initially used to joke with me via text and I included him in company activities. The staring didn't stop and I didn't approach cuz he made me nervous. Never the less, I couldn't take the anxiety so I caved and told him I had a crush, he told me he has a girlfriend and respects my honesty. Since then its been tense, I have told him I will step back and respect his boundaries. So I don't talk to him and pretty much ignore him, he avoids me and talks to everyone but me. He stares occasionally but looks away much quicker when he finds its me.

He has no business even staring at you when he has a girlfriend. You were not wrong to have a crush on him or even tell him, he was the one who was wrong. He pulled a chick move by seeming remotely interested in you and then saying he has a girlfriend, and now not talking to you at all as if you are the bad guy. Honey, you dodged a bullet. He is a bitch and you don't need to waste your time on him.
