So there is one guy who first started a friendship with me and wanted more (relationship) but I already told him before that if u want frndship stay otherwise I can't be more than that.. Then also he continuously did such things which made my mental state go to hell he continuously flirted he was my study mate he talked everything except study.. Then I told him if u want to talk about studies I am there but if u want to talk about rubbish I am not... Ye just said I don't want any frndship bye.. Like seriously? I don't know what's going on

lol this is his fault how? Your mental issues are because of him how? The mental issues you talk about came about because you continued to entertain this. You knew what he wanted? You told him what you expected, then he did it again. At that point you should have left. You did that to yourself by not respecting your own boundaries. I think you just liked the idea of a boy after you the way a lot of women do. So when he called your bluff, he said deuces, you didn’t like it. This is why men are confused cause you don’t like us like that but the minute the dude moves on, finds someone who actually wants him, now your feelings are hurt to which you play the victim.

It sounds like he wants to be more than friends with you. You made it clear that he is in the friend zone. He probably had it in his head that if he was persistent you would change your mind and want him. That's why he kept flirting. When it didn't work he got frustrated and left.

He's not obligated to be your friend if he wants something else instead with you just as you're not obligated to be more than a friend to him.
