Okay guys, I like a boy and he is in my class, he is always alone, and he don’t have too much friends, but I want get to know him better, but I don't know what can I do, in class he is sitting alone, but I ask for his instagram account, and he follow me, but I don't know what can I do, because I’m sooo shy. Please I need some advice

Just talk to him. Have you noticed something on his IG as far as his interest? If so maybe you can bring that up. Maybe it’s something you’re interested in too. Trust me men are a lot easier to talk to if you’re just you. I think it’s harder for men to talk to women because a lot of women these days will shame you, reject you in the worst way, maybe even put you on social media calling you a creep or something. Honestly it takes a lot of a man’s shoulders when once in a while the girl initiates something. Isn’t always 100% guaranteed but you’ll probably have a greater success rate then most men will when it comes to talking to the opposite sex.
