No, it's just you, and it's not unusual. If, when you are an adult, you meet an older man and are attracted enough to want to date him, then you'll have to ask him yourself. Adult men worth dating will not hit on much younger women. The ones who do should be avoided, as they are almost certainly immature for their age. It’s not weird, as long as you both are adults and on the same page/wave length about quite a few things, there’s no issue.

I once dated someone nine years older than me, we were fine but did break up because of differences in stages was too obvious in the end. I was a student (uni, and still am in uni) and wanted to do "student things" and he was already working, that in itself is something to consider.
