It means different things in different contexts and situations. A real man protects his family at whatever cost. A real man also knows it’s okay to cry and process emotions. Too hard to put into a box and it doesn’t really matter if people consider you an “real man” anyway. You define yourself by how you handle yourself in the hard times. What other people see isn’t the whole story.
