Or am I overthinking his friendliness to something more when there really isn’t anything, let me point out that he is in a serious committed relationship and he has pointed it out before, but lately he has been overly friendly and nice to me he will come by sometimes and ask how my day is how I’m doing and we may have small conversation, I try to respect and not cross boundaries knowing he is in a relationship even tho he is quite handsome in my eyes, so this past days if he does come and acknowledge me I just go and have a causal talk with him and don’t give him any flirtation or anything like that what do y'all think?

Sounds like he’s just talking. You haven’t said much that indicates to me he likes you. For instance men will do things for women they won’t do for other women. Like get her something to eat on his way to work or a drink. Maybe even stay w her after work to help her if she needs help. He may do some of your work for you, go out of his way to see you. For instance if he works in one department but you’re in another, he will find a way to make it to your area just to see you. Maybe make up an excuse to talk to you. But nothing you said makes me think otherwise then it’s just friendly conversation. Times have changed dramatically.
