I think I have a crush on this guy at work. What should I do?

So I’ve been working with this guy at my job and overall he’s a pretty cool guy and great to work with. So he sent me a friend request on Facebook a couple weeks ago and he texted me after work the next day. I’m not gonna get too deep into what we were talking about but he was complimenting me on how I look outside of work and told me he thinks I’m cute. Now at first I was kind of blowing him off in the messages and he stopped texting me afterwards. And I’m kind of hesitant to walk over and talk to him at work and I get really jealous when he talks to another girl. What should I do?

He did everything right and you had to play GAMES. You rejected him end of story done. ✅ . Obviously he’s straightforward and you're a games player. That’s like oil and water. Nothing “cute” or attractive about setting another up.

Do nothing. Have a crush if you want but do not act on it. Work relationships suck. They are awkward and cause problems for you, for the guy, and for your coworkers. Your job is more important than a relationship.
