me and this guy been talking for a year and he said if I get pregnant to get an abortion and I agreed, but I said that once I get an abortion, I am done with the relationship I won’t ever have sex with you and I will block you then he hung up on me. I’m just trying to know his feelings on why he hung up

You've told him your boundaries and I suspect that he thought if you agreed to get an abortion, that that fact meant you would be OK afterward.

However, you stated that you would NOT be OK and your relationship PERIOD would be over.

He hung up because he didn't want to hear this. And, for him, the relationship is over NOW. Clear as a bell to me.

Get away from him. Every girl I know that had an abortion including my mom (I would’ve had an older brother) regretted it. They all say that it really messed them up later in life. Find yourself a man where if you do get pregnant, he’s gonna stick by you and raise the child.
