In photo its me, girl, and then guy (who is my friend). What is meaning if he reaches hand over her to place on my shoulder in photo?

So I'm at a party and I'm taking a photo eith my guy friend and his girlfriend. We are position with me on right and him on left with her in between. Does it mean anything if he places his hand on my shoulder over her in the photo? Like he reached over and he had it on her shoulder for second, but then moved it to mine when photo is taken.

No, it does not really mean anything if he places his hand on your shoulder rather than on his girlfriend's shoulder.

If he really wanted to get your attention, he would have done something different and also, his girlfriend would probably have reacted to the fact that he first placed his hand on her shoulder but then moved it onto your shoulder.

I believe you overthink the entire issue but I also wonder if you would not have liked if there was more than a simple hand placed on your shoulder by that guy.

This is crazy. I always read questions about women asking why is it that men assume you like them when you’re just being friendly. This is the same concept, a lot of women assume the same thing. He smiled at me. He held the door open for me. He said hi. It means nothing. Technically he’s putting his arm around both of you. He’s your friend. He cares about you as a friend. He also cares about his girl but in a different way.
