Do you think going a boy’s trip twice a year is normal?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for just over a trip and we have travelled domestically a few times. Within this time he also went on a boys trip abroad in April and has just gone again. I know it’s good to spend time apart, but is it normal in a relationship if it’s semi regular or not? We are in Australia and I’m talking about him going to Bali with his friends.

I think it’s very important for him to go on trips with his friends, I wish more men did that. Very healthy experience for him to have. You should go on trips with your friends, too. Couples who only go on trips together and don’t do trips separately with friends or family are strange.

It happens sometimes. Me and my Partner's holidays do not align so we tend to go on trips without each other.

You think twice a year is a lot? Sounds weird that you even think about it. If my wife went on two trips a year with her friends I wouldn't even think about it.
