This coworker is lately getting on my nerves should I just completely avoid him all together?

Because you’re being quite vague about the situation. Saying that “he’s just ugh” isn’t concrete. Anyway, if you decide to complain to your manager and/or HR, come up with something better than “he’s just ugh.” If not, they’ll brush you off and think something is wrong with YOU, not him. Articulate your feelings and concerns like an adult.

Omg, NO. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m saying if you don’t articulate yourself in way that people will understand, people will think you’re either immature or you have a problem. So again, come up with something better than “he is just ughh.” For example, does he harass you, bully you, or otherwise interfere with your job performance?

Not really but let me rephrase this I know it’s little long but if you can give me you’re input on this… He got mad at me not long ago for not greeting him and almost raised his voice explaining how he forgives me and that I only talk to him when I need help with something and didn’t really wanna help but still helped but today he completely kinda ignored me and kept talking to that other older lady in his language and then after lunch he tried saying something ignored him bc it was getting on my nerves and he was like you ignoring me? It’s okay and at the end he wished me happy Thanksgiving I had a heart and wished him back even though I was still mad at him he was like you got me worried I thought you would never speak to me again etc how can I just completely ignore him Bc I don’t understand him problem unless I’m the problem
