And i said “well that’s a weird question you must not be my boo then if you’re saying that”

What does he mean by that before i respond

It is a very passive way of asking exactly what he is implying which is if you are at another guy's house. He tried to play it off as if it was a joke but basically he was fishing to see if you were at another guy's place or seeing other people. This is a layer of insecurity that would be a red flag to me. You say you aren't official and already he is making insinuations. That is not a good start and just imagine how much worse it will get if you do enter a relationship with this guy. He is already second guessing you. He is trying to play it off as if he were joking but the intention behind the question is much more of an issue.
