So my crush texted me this when we were talking last night

He knows I am innocent and naiive and haven't even kissed anyone (hes known for days.) Yet then he asks this

Was he trying to get something out of me bc he was thinking of me in a sexual way?

Here is some extra information:
-he has been my best friend for two months
-he's told me his life story
-when he ignores me, he apologizes a lot and has even written me a letter explaining why he ignores me sometimes and how sorry he is
These reasons and many more makes it evident he isn't a f*** boy. I can tell when a guy is one

-he's shown interest in me before
-last weekend he finally admitted that when "we first started talking [he] wanted to date [me] so bad but when we became great friends [he] felt bad for looking at [me] that way"
-he still shows interest and flirts with me
So I can tell he likes me

BONUS QUESTION: what did he mean when he said he felt bad for looking at me like that? Because he felt bad for thinking of me sexually or somehing?

There is zero doubt. He wants more, period. He is accepting "friendzone" because he will take what he can get from you.

He felt bad because you didn't return the feelings. He wants more, he just thinks you don't so he is just hoping it changes.

Guys are really bad about getting into the "Friendzone" when they dont want to be there. Especially nice guys and usually they are the ones that never get the girl because girls usually pick the jerks. Mainly because of an old built in instinct that says a jerk could protect me and our children because he is tough.

Most girls have no idea why they like jerks, but it usually boils down to that.

Well, he likes you definitely. If you like him tell him, just make sure you add where you are on other things. If you are wanting to remain "innocent" or "pure" even if just for now, you need to make sure he understands that. He sounds like a nice guy, but he is obviously thinking about you sexually.

Be careful how you feed that, he may take the wrong queues. I think the stuff remark was him basically asking if you went out would you do stuff with him in any sexual manner.

He's much younger than me but man I like him a lot. I'm slightly flattered because he didn't seem pushy about it at all but its nice that he was thinking about me that way. He told me the most he has done was kiss (well from what he's saying it sounded like he meant a make out.) If neither of you really know anything then I would take it very slow. Usually things get really messed up if you just jump into bed. Enjoy your lives, your both really young, learn about each other. People never do that anymore. At first, everything will seem like you have it all in common, but later you will find differences. It's best to find those before you go too far.

I know when I got married, things I didn't think would be an issue were, like religion. We thought we were about the same in our religion but found out we were somewhat close but also had many differences. Just don't forget, guys are really dumb sometimes, don't just assume we know what you think we know. Be up front and honest, if you hope we will get the hint, usually, we won't.

It appears that he was definitely trying to instigate a sexual conversation, or at least to find out how sexually active you were. Well, its the age thing and we dont know if we are ready for that. I mean, he's struggling in school and thinks a relationship would be hard to balance. He wants to make me a priority but its hard when he's so busy. And I dont know, the age gap is weird right now. He is only fourteen. All my friends support it but say to wait a few years, which which I feel is the right decision. I don't know, we just dont wanna pursue something we can't handle yet.
