How do I get over this guy?

A guy i had a little crush on in 7th grade just because he was a little bit nice to me. Now in 9th he’s with a girl i sometimes get jealous of. It started with seeing them in her car on their was to school, it physically hurt seeing them together, that was last week. Now, one week later they’re holding hands.
I didn't know i had these deep feelings for him since i haven't felt like this ever.
I dont even want a relationship and i wouldn't try to get with him even if i got the chance (cuz he's an fboy) so i dont know why im this hurt?
please help i can't stop thinking about them and its making me sick😭😭

Let it be. It's unlikely a "deep feeling" as you say. It's a strong but shallow one. Mostly has to do with your age. Teenagers' ability to feel desires are developed but their ego to say "no" to them is not.

Anyway, there's not much of any practical gimmick you can do, other than understand what's going on. Which is that it's probably not deep. Just extraordinarily powerful. ㅤ

I’m not sure if I can say “get over him” because some people have addictive personalities, but I will say you can help ease why you’re feeling by occupying your time in another way. When you find yourself thinking about him, don’t let more than a few minutes pass. When I was young the first guy I had a crush on, I thought we’d get married and run off and have a family. As I got older, I realized that most of the boys that were that age, they didn’t have the same desires as I did. A song that helped me when I was in my teens is called “fifteen” by Taylor Swift. I hope this helps.

Keep yourself busy is my best advice. I won’t go into massive detail but previous boyfriend and I broke up amicably.

It still hurt. Just takes time and keeping positive.
