How do you resist temptation and if you really love someone would you still even be tempted?

What’s your strategy for resisting temptation? Eg particularly in the workplace where you see that person daily.

And is it true that if you were really in love with your partner you wouldn’t even be tempted or is the opposite true eg can you be in love but still tempted?

Yeah, I definitely think that if you really love your partner and you’re really content with them then you wouldn’t feel temptation to cheat regardless of who the person in question is. This isn’t me saying that you can’t find someone good looking, we’re still humans. But being tempted by them means it’s surpassed them simply looking good and you want to take it a step further with them, be it flirting, hanging out one on one, dirty conversations, etc, and I couldn’t imagine myself wanting any of that with anyone other than my partner.

If I was in a committed relationship, I would take necessary precautions if I started to fall for someone else. Limiting exposure would probably he the first step. I wouldn't really worry about ot to much personally, because I don't fall for people easily.

And in a work context don’t think he would limit contact as much as possible e g not come to meetings in person anymore but via video link? That kind of thing

Their is zero temptation if you are emotionally healthy. If someone is still tempted they seek unhealthy sources of validation.
