No, it was the best console, plenty of games on that the never made it to PS3 or beyond
Guy says above that ps4 feels so out of date these days?
Thing is it's nostalgia, the PS4 isn't (I had one and have sold another one bought cheaply) I had 2 or 3 PS2s back in the day, have another cheap not working one and will sort it out or buy a running one

I'd guess but if you can't afford £400/£500 for the next generation then I'd stick with it (I have a Series X, I bought it entirely using trade in vouchers)
