Do I redirect him and connect him to my friend or would he be offended?

First of all, he’s a good guy! Secondly, it’s not scraps since we weren’t dating. I was out with him ONCE. Lastly, for me he’d probably be a “rebound romance” as opposed to boyfriend material for my friend.
