What does it mean when a guy takes you out to breakfast the morning after sex on the first wine date? Lol not even a real full blown dinner date.

Typically it's some sign that he's looking to pamper you one way or another... the morning after.

• SPENDING EXTRA TIME WITH YOU #1: It's sweetest if the guy can remember how to fry up an egg for you at his place (or try to wing it by prepping some OJ and toast if he's at your place and doesn't know his way around your kitchen). A guy's cutest when he shows you his other skills.
• SPENDING EXTRA TIME WITH YOU #2: The guy who doesn't know how to make his own morning coffee is also a real thing... but that guy tends to know where the best morning breakfast nooks in town are. He'll ask you to come have breakfast with him (or brunch after lazy morning together). He's pampering you the best way he knows how. Very sweet.

Long before Uber I hooked up with this girl in college, but we were in my hometown. Her parents lived in the suburbs (minimum 1 hour drive). So my hung over ass had to drive her home. This was a one time thing too... ugh, so embarrassing. I can only imagine how she felt.

When I was dating, which I'm no longer doing, I wound up having sex with a woman. I'd make it a point to take her to breakfast in the morning because I'm a courteous person and polite, and also because anybody I slept with was also somebody I wanted to at least get to know a little bit better and spend more time with. Some of my best relationships and best moments came after having a breakfast like that. I also really dodged some bullets after having that sort of breakfast, too. So in a way, it was an opportunity to get to know somebody a little better and to do a little ad hoc background checking as well.

After I picked somebody up at a party or a concert, or in a bar, and taken them home and had sex with them, there probably hasn't been much time to talk before those breakfast occasions. In the morning were a great time to get to be able to do that.
